  • What to bring
    • Comfortable work out clothing, water bottle, socks ( grip socks can be brought in studio) we have changing rooms available and bathroom facilities
  • How long is it?
    • 45 minutes we start on time and finish on time. If you are new and arrive late you will not be allowed to enter. ***Please be 5-10 minutes early as you have to complete paperwork at your first class
  • How many beginner classes do I need?
    • As many as you need to become familiar and confident to use and understand how the reformer operates- if you are new to exercise we recommend building strength progressively over 8-10 weeks before joining the open level. Please communicate with your instructor if you want to move early to open level – they will tell you!
  • What’s the difference with open level and beginner?
    • Open level is spicy and strong offering layers of work building on what you have learnt at beginners level- it’s not suitable to beginners.
  • Why is it so expensive?
    • We are a small studio providing the top level trained and qualified instructors, the classes are tailored and personalised to you. Anna has over 25 years plus experience and Liz with nearly 5 years. We live and breathe Pilates and provide the best quality classes – just check out our google reviews.
  • Do I just do 1 a week or should I do more?
    • We recommend beginning with 1 but like anything the more you do the faster you get the results and strength you’re looking for, check out our membership options for reduced prices.
